Shift Managers at Five Guys

Provide leadership to ensure our restaurant teams WOW customers daily
Set high standards and train crew members to maintain them

Requirements:

18+ years old
Recent experience in the food services industry
Team player with a sense of urgency, integrity, and cleanliness
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and motivating teams
