A Five Guys Closing Crew Member is responsible for ensuring the restaurant is properly cleaned and prepared for the next day. This includes cleaning the restaurant floor, grill, bathrooms, and equipment, restocking supplies, and preparing food and stock. They may also be involved in other duties like taking inventory and breaking down equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, including floors, grills, bathrooms, and equipment.
- Restocking: Restocking supplies, including plasticware and food items.
- Food Preparation: Preparing food and stock for the next day, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen.
- Inventory: Taking inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Breaking down equipment and performing preventative maintenance.
- Other Tasks: Completing other duties as directed, which may include assisting with customer service or other tasks as needed.
