As the Assistant Manager for Five Guys, your duties will include but not limited to:

Maintaining product freshness to the Five Guys standards and Health Safety. Interact with the guests to reassure them that they chose the right place to eat. Overseeing inventory levels and ordering of supplies. Follow checklists and proven systems to set up at opening and closing the down at night Always coach and recognize team members. Let team members know you are happy they are here working with you. Facilitate team meetings. Keeping your team always informed so they perform to their very best. Following all policies and procedures outlined by Five Guys. Ability to work under pressure in a fun fast paced environment.
