JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Manager position is a developmental position to prepare the individual for the General Manager position. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the successful and profitable operation of a single unit store, including modeling the company’s mission, vision, and values and leading the team to achieve expected results while working side by side with team members. Included in the Assistant Manager’s primary responsibilities are training, developing, and motivating Team Members to delight every guest. They will also learn all functions of the General Manager position.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • MINIMUM 18 YEARS OF AGE
  • 1-2YRS. RESTAURANT SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
  • OPEN AVAILABILITY, 45 HOURS, 5 DAYS
  • ENERGETIC AND HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP STYLE
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL, PRIORITIZING PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK AS A TEAM
