
Customer Response Specialist

The Customer Response Specialist will serve as a key team member of our customer response team. This individual will be the main point of contact between the Five Guys Corporate Office and the call center vendor, managing day-to-day operations and project timelines. The Customer Response Specialist will be responsible for managing customer feedback workflows, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating closely with the Customer Response Coordinator to optimize response strategies. This individual will also coordinate and partner with the Social Media Team in order to approach customer responses in a wholistic and cohesive manner. This position will embody Five Guys’ “Customer First” mindset, attitude and commitment.
