Job Requirements

As a shift leader at our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, leading a team of Crew Members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include supervising and training staff, managing schedules, maintaining quality and cleanliness standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.



Work Experience
  • Previous supervisor experience in the food service industry of a minimum of one year
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
